Project description

Designed for a family of four, this residence brings together contemporary architecture and thoughtfully curated interiors to create a home that feels both refined and deeply livable. Clean geometric forms, textured surfaces, and expansive glazing define the architectural language, while warm lighting and layered materials add softness to the spaces within. The interiors were planned to encourage both connection and comfort — from the relaxed family lounge designed for everyday unwinding to the formal living and dining areas created for hosting and gathering. Each room carries its own personality, balancing functionality with a modern, fashion-forward aesthetic that makes everyday living feel elevated and effortless. This Project is a Special One for Us, as it Brought a Challenge in the Sense of Creating a New Style and Identity for us as well as for our Clients. This 5500 sq. ft. Bungalow, made for a Family of 4, is Designed in a Post-Modern Style, where each Space has almost a Maximalist Quality in terms of the Contrasting Colours and Textures, yet Exuberating Life from the Smallest of Details. As in many Indian Households, the Kitchen was Designed to be the Heart of the House. With a Family Room Connected with a Backyard, this Unconventional Room is where the Clients Spend the Majority of their Time. All the Bedrooms Showcase the Distinct Personalities of their Inhabitants. A Spa Bathroom, a Home Theater and a Terrace Garden Round off the Recreational Spaces.
