Apartment in Science City

Project description

Designed for a family of devoted Krishna followers, this 4-bedroom residence revolves around a thoughtfully positioned mandir that serves as the heart of the home. Inspired by Lord Krishna's iconic peacock feather, bespoke artwork frames the temple, creating a strong spiritual and visual focal point. Warm wood finishes, soft neutrals, playful accents of blue, and layered lighting bring a sense of comfort, character, and joy to the interiors. The open-plan living and dining spaces encourage togetherness, while one bedroom was transformed into a dedicated entertainment room tailored to the family's lifestyle. Rich wood tones, soft neutrals, playful accents of blue, textured leather upholstery, and brass details bring together a palette that feels welcoming rather than formal. This interior is so fresh, welcoming and infused with richness. The use of brass and wood which runs through furniture to artwork bring all the individual spaces together so beautifully. The focal point of the entire house is the krishna temple. Minimalistic and symbolic with a bespoke peacock feather motif.
